1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the pbc8 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total BDT funds held in a Player's pbc8 Wallet at any given time, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds clearly labelled as such.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any amount staked by a Player on a sports event, casino game, or other betting market made available through pbc8.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the lawful currency of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, represented by the symbol ৳.
• "Platform" means the pbc8 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all digital services available under the pbc8 brand.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 11 of these Terms.
• "Verification" means the identity and payment verification process required before a Player may make withdrawals from the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the pbc8 integrated payment and balance management feature accessible from a Player's Account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pbc8 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with the pbc8 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access the Platform. Continued use of pbc8 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use a pbc8 Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access online betting services;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of pbc8, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously had a pbc8 Account closed, terminated, or suspended for a breach of these Terms.

pbc8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

4 Account Registration

To access pbc8 betting markets, casino games, and payment features, you must register a single Account on the Platform. The following rules apply to registration:

• Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate or multiple Accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep this information up to date.
• You must not use a pseudonym, fictitious identity, or another person's personal details.
• pbc8 may request additional documentation to verify your identity, address, or payment method at any point following registration.
• pbc8 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

Upon successful registration, pbc8 will create your Account and associated Wallet. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or allowing another person to use your Account is a breach of these Terms.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (one-time password) issued during login or payment processing. pbc8 will never ask you for your password or full payment PIN via email, chat, or any other communication channel.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused across other websites or services.
• Notify pbc8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

pbc8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

6 Deposits

pbc8 accepts deposits in BDT via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Deposits are credited to your pbc8 Wallet and are available for immediate use across all betting markets and casino games.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• pbc8 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply standard mobile wallet or banking transaction fees.
• Deposits made via methods not listed above will not be accepted and will be returned to the source account where technically possible.
• pbc8 reserves the right to request evidence of the funding source for any deposit as part of its verification and anti-fraud procedures.

7 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their real-money Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit, to prevent money laundering.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during operational hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• pbc8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that triggers internal risk review thresholds.

pbc8 does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary for bank transfers to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, or BRAC Bank, which may take up to 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

pbc8 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• Each Player is eligible to claim each promotional offer once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly permitted in the individual promotion's terms.
• pbc8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including where it suspects abuse or misuse.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

9 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on pbc8, including cricket (BPL, IPL, Bangladesh Tigers, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and all other available markets:

• All Bets are final once confirmed. Bets may not be cancelled or amended after placement except where an error in odds is confirmed by pbc8 at its sole discretion.
• Minimum stake per Bet is ৳100. Maximum stakes vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, pbc8 will apply the settlement rules applicable to the specific market, which will be published in the relevant betting section of the Platform.
• pbc8 reserves the right to void any Bet placed on an event where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or the use of insider information.
• Live (in-play) Betting markets are subject to brief suspension during key moments of a match (e.g., wicket taken, penalty awarded). Bets submitted during a suspension will be rejected and the stake returned to your Wallet.
• pbc8's settlement decision on any Bet is final subject to a formal dispute raised within 14 days of settlement, which will be reviewed by the pbc8 dispute resolution team.

10 Casino & Slots

pbc8 offers live casino games and slot titles sourced from certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. The following rules apply to all casino and slots play:

• All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game provider. pbc8 does not alter game outcomes.
• The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is determined by the game provider and is displayed within the game information panel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a live casino or slot game, the outcome of any affected round will be determined in accordance with the game provider's technical fault policy.
• pbc8 reserves the right to restrict access to specific games or game providers in certain jurisdictions or for regulatory reasons without prior notice.
• Progressive jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. pbc8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents prior to releasing jackpot winnings.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities constitute Prohibited Conduct on the pbc8 Platform. Engagement in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and may result in permanent Account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

• Opening or operating more than one pbc8 Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any Bet or casino game;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place Bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including using multiple Accounts or payment methods to claim a promotion more than once;
• Attempting to launder money or engage in any form of financial fraud through the Platform;
• Sharing Account credentials or allowing another person to use your Account;
• Any action that pbc8 reasonably determines to be detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or its other Players.

12 Responsible Gaming

pbc8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all of its services. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment and should never be seen as a method of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. pbc8 provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pbc8 Wallet.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each active session on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place Bets.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the time elapsed during your session.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the pbc8 Platform, including but not limited to the pbc8 logo, brand name, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, icons, and software, is the exclusive property of pbc8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works based on any pbc8 content without our prior written consent.
• You may not use the pbc8 name, logo, or brand assets in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with pbc8 without authorisation.
• Game content and software provided by third-party game providers (e.g., Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is governed by their applicable licence terms.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbc8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity, including losses from Bets placed on sports events or casino games;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service provider outages;
• Loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials;
• Inaccuracies in odds, market data, or game information resulting from data feed errors;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, even where pbc8 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pbc8's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15 Termination

pbc8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 11;
• Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe;
• Provision of false or misleading information;
• Where required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Upon closure of your Account, pbc8 will return any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions for outstanding Bets and any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) to the verified payment method on file, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification checks.

You may also request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pbc8 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

16 Amendments to These Terms

pbc8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, pbc8 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 15.

17 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which pbc8 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through pbc8's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction.

pbc8 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of pbc8 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
